About Hitsona Fort Wayne

Hi! We’re Aaron and Amanda Eisberg — the proud owners of Hitsona Fort Wayne and passionate believers in what this program can do for real people.

Aaron has been in the fitness industry since 2015, working with hundreds of studios across the globe to implement heart rate-based training and help members get better, more measurable results. He first discovered Hitsona while providing heart rate technology to the brand overseas. After learning more about their philosophy, the corporate team, and — of course — the unique HIT Machines, he immediately knew this was something special… and that it had to be brought to the U.S.

Amanda, Aaron’s wife and business partner, is a certified nutrition coach through NASM and is currently studying women’s health and aging to better serve our members — especially women navigating natural changes like menopause. With a background in the medical field, Amanda saw firsthand how preventable health issues often go unchecked, which inspired her to join the mission at Hitsona and help people take back control of their well-being.

Together, we’ve faced our own ups and downs with health and fitness. We get what it’s like to feel stuck, tired, or frustrated — and we’re here to help you break through that.

Hitsona was founded in Northern Ireland and has built a strong presence across the UK and Ireland. Now, we’re proud to bring this proven program to Fort Wayne.

Do you accept Silver Sneakers?

We don’t participate in the Silver Sneakers program at this time. Hitsona is a private fitness studio that offers structured coaching programs tailored specifically for adults 40+, with a strong focus on accountability, habit-building, and long-term results. While we’re not covered by insurance-based programs, many of our members find the value and personal support well worth the investment in their health.

Do you include nutrition consultation services?

Yes—your program includes personalized nutrition guidance tailored to adults 40+. While we don’t push restrictive diets, we do provide one-on-one support to help you improve your eating habits, boost your energy, and get better results. We’ll meet you where you are and help you make sustainable changes that actually stick.

Will you coach me how to do all of my exercises?

Yes—every workout at Hitsona is fully coach-led. You’ll never be left guessing what to do. Our team will guide you through every movement, help you use our machines safely, and make sure each session is tailored to your fitness level. Whether you’re brand new or getting back into it, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Will you tell me to stop eating all of my favorite foods?

Nope—we don’t believe in extreme diets or cutting out everything you love. Our goal is to help you build a healthy, balanced approach to food that actually fits your real life. We’ll guide you on how to make smarter choices, create consistency, and still enjoy the foods you love in a way that supports your goals. No guilt. No “off-limits.” Just progress.

How will we track my progress?

We track your progress using simple, effective tools designed specifically for adults 40+. During your 6-Week Kickstarter, we’ll take baseline measurements (like weight, inches, energy, and mood) at the start, middle, and end of the program. We also use a weekly accountability card where you’ll log workouts, nutrition wins, and small personal victories. This helps us (and you) see real progress—not just on the scale, but in how you feel, move, and show up in your life.

I have an old injury, should I see my doctor before reaching out?

If you’re currently under a doctor’s care or have a recent or serious injury, it’s always best to consult your physician first. That said, many of our members come to us with old injuries, joint pain, or limitations—and our workouts are designed to be low-impact, joint-friendly, and fully coach-led. Once you’re cleared, we’ll work with you to modify movements so you feel safe, supported, and confident every step of the way.

I’ve had trouble sustaining weight loss in the past, can you help me?

Yes—and you’re not alone. Most of our members come to us after trying diets, gyms, and programs that didn’t stick. Our focus isn’t just on short-term weight loss—it’s on helping you build lasting habits, improve strength, and feel better in your body long-term. With coach-led workouts, accountability, and realistic nutrition guidance, we help you stop starting over and start seeing results that last.

Can you help me get stronger?

Yes—helping you build strength is one of the core goals of our program. Our workouts are designed specifically for adults 40+, using joint-friendly, low-impact machines that safely improve strength, stability, and muscle tone. You’ll get stronger week by week with guidance from expert coaches who adjust everything to your current fitness level. No guesswork. Just real, noticeable progress.

Will you assess my movement and design a program to help improve my strength imbalance(s), mobility, and motor control issues?

Yes. When you start with us, we assess how your body moves and identify any imbalances, mobility limitations, or stability issues. Our coaches are trained to design workouts that are not only safe and effective—but also personalized to improve the way you move, feel, and function. Whether you’re dealing with past injuries, tight joints, or coordination challenges, we’ll help you rebuild strength, mobility, and control at a pace that works for you.

Is there a fee if I want to cancel my membership?

Depends. If you are canceling for a health reason (doctor's orders) or job loss (unemployed), we can help you with canceling your membership. Other reasons are case by case and at our sole discretion.

How often can or should I train?

We recommend training at least 2 times per week to start seeing noticeable results—and yes, we can confidently say that if you commit to that, you’ll feel the difference. Many members choose to come 3–4 times per week for even faster progress, but the key is consistency. Our sessions are just 25 minutes and fully coach-led, so it’s easy to fit into your schedule and stick with it long-term.

What is the process for getting started as a client?

Getting started is simple and personalized. First, we’ll hop on a quick discovery call to learn more about your goals and challenges. Then, we’ll schedule an in-studio consultation to go over your needs, walk you through the program, and determine the best fit. Before your first session, we’ll take body composition measurements to track progress from day one. Most clients start with our 6-Week Kickstarter Program—it’s the perfect way to build habits, see results, and create lasting momentum.

How many months long are memberships?

After completing our 6-Week Kickstarter Program, we offer long-term membership options of 3, 6, and 12 months. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through each option and help you choose the program that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and commitment level. There’s no one-size-fits-all—we’ll personalize the path that works best for you.

Does my membership auto-renew?

Yes—after you complete your initial 3, 6, or 12-month program, your membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. This gives you continued access to coaching, workouts, and accountability without interruption, while keeping things flexible for your future goals.
